Any person, firm or corporation desiring to engage in the business of erecting or installing towers or masts for television or radio antennas or other exterior equipment or devices to be used for the reception or transmission of radio frequency signals, shall make application for a license to the city recorder, which application shall set forth the name and business address of the applicant, and if the ap plication be that of a firm or partnership, the names of the partners, and in case of a corporation, the names of the president and secretary thereof and the name of the person who will have charge of any antenna, mast or tower installation work within the city.
