Every mast, tower for antenna or similar devices erected prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter may be maintained and operated in its present location, unless such antenna is so constructed and maintained as to be unsafe and dangerous as determined by the building inspector. The building inspector is authorized to require the removal or reconstruction of any mast, tower for antenna or similar device which he deems unsafe or dangerous. (Ord. 993, 1953)
