3.40.080 Delegation of administration authority.

The Hood River City Council hereby delegates to the City’s Finance Director and Hood River City Attorney all authority necessary to make all determinations and otherwise administer the provisions of this chapter, excepting determinations and actions required to be made or taken by the City Council as specified herein.
