10.64.020 Certain offenses exempt from specified state provisions.

ORS 133.310(3) and 484.105 shall not apply to offenses on other property open to public travel. The Oregon Uniform Traffic Citation and Complaint Form shall not be used, and convictions for offenses occurring on other property open to public travel shall not be reported to the Motor Vehicles Division.
